SHERYL LEE (Katrina) made her motion picture debut in David Lynch’s Wild at Heart. She is best known for her performance as the enigmatic Laura Palmer in the director’s popular and controversial television series Twin Peaks and its theatrical prequel, Fire Walk With Me - The Last 7 Days of Laura Palmer. Since that time, she has become one of the top actresses working in independent films.

Lee recently starred in Bliss opposite Craig Scheffer, and Mother Night opposite Nick Nolte. She has recently completed filming Philip Haas' The Blood Oranges and stars in the upcoming This World, And Then the Fireworks, which made its debut this year at the Sundance Film Festival. Her film work also includes Notes from the Underground.

Lee received critical acclaim for her performance as Astrid Kirchherr in Backbeat, the biographical film about the early days of the Beatles. Homage, in which she starred, premiered at the 1995 Sundance Film Festival. That same year, she was the recipient of Women in Film's "Woman of the Year" Award.

Lee's most memorable stage credit was the title role, opposite Al Pacino, in Salome, presented at The Circle in the Square.

Raised in Boulder, Colorado, Lee attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, the North Carolina School of the Arts, and the National Conservatory Theatre in Denver.
