| MARK BOONE JUNIOR (Catlin) began writing, acting and producing theatrical plays in New York City in 1982, and teamed with Steve Buscemi shortly after Buscemi starred in one of Boones early productions. The two produced and performed in numerous plays at many of the legendary small theaters, such as La Mama, and clubs that dotted the city during the 1980s. During that period of time, the two artists developed a unique style of storytelling, adapted a number of plays and authored their own. Boone, a composer, songwriter and guitarist, and Buscemi also played in a band they called The Pawns of Love, appearing at similar venues. Boone moved to Los Angeles around 1990 to advance his career as an actor. He has since appeared in many movies, including Rosewood, Buscemis Trees Lounge, The Treat and Cold Around the Heart. |
