| A graduate of the Juilliard School of Drama, LINDA KOZLOWSKI was first attracted to a career in the performing arts as a child growing up in Fairfield, Connecticut. Following her Juilliard training, she enjoyed success in regional and off-Broadway theater, including Joseph Papp's Public Theater. She next landed on the boards opposite Dustin Hoffman and John Malkovich in the Broadway revival of Arthur Miller's Death of A Salesman, a role she performed for 15 months and reprised in the Emmy-winning TV adaptation. Relocating to Los Angeles in 1985, she soon won widespread attention and a Golden Globe nomination for her portrayal of newspaper reporter Sue Charlton in the international film hit, Crocodile Dundee, a role she recreated for the highly successful sequel, Crocodile Dundee II. She teamed again with Paul Hogan in Almost An Angel, and starred opposite Tim Curry and Annie Potts in the comedy, Pass the Ammo. She also costarred with Rod Steiger in the thriller, The Neighbor. On the small screen, Kozlowski starred as a ruthless political operator in the NBC miniseries, Favorite Son, and as a streetwise private eye in the HBO action movie, Backstreet Justice. |
