| After starring in the highly acclaimed television series, Homicide: Life on the Street, DANIEL BALDWIN (Tony Montoya) made a commitment to diversify his talents in film and television. He has since appeared on film in Steve Buscemis Trees Lounge with Samuel L. Jackson, Anthony La Paglia and Lee Tamahoris Mulholland Falls with Nick Nolte, Melanie Griffith and John Malkovich. Baldwin will soon be seen starring in The Treat, written and directed by Mars Attacks screenwriter Jonathon Gems, and Phoenix with Ray Liotta. It was Baldwins role as Beau Felton, the detective preoccupied with his troubled marriage, in the NBC Emmy-winning series, Homicide: Life on the Street, which gained the actor a wide network audience popularity. Baldwin has appeared in a wide variety of motion pictures -- from Oliver Stones powerful Born on the Fourth of July to Dan Aykroyds Nothing But Trouble. He has also been seen in the films Hero and Car 54, Where Are You?, His numerous television movies include HBOs Attack of the 50 Foot Woman with Daryl Hannah, the NBC movie, Twisted Desire, the networks Too Good to Be True, ABCs Heroes of the Desert Storm, opposite Linda Fiorentino in Bodily Harm and opposite Jennifer Beals in Dead on Sight. The actor continues a variety of athletic activities, many of which he played in college, including football, basketball, baseball, golf, wrestling and boxing. |
